Our technology center in Ulm is equipped with a vacuum depostion system and clean room environment certified to class ISO 5 for development, assembly, cleaning and packaging for UHV grade products.
Client requirements and expectations are becoming more and more complex. In order to meet those demands and to serve the client with the highest standards and quality, BeamTec introduced an internal quality management system which has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by EQM ZERT.
