Information about our cancellation and refund policy
According to the legislator, we are obliged to inform you about your right of withdrawal and your obligation to return in accordance with § 355 BGB before making a purchase.
You will also find this information in our information section and in our General Terms and Conditions, which accompany each delivery.
The following rights apply only to private consumers, i.e. any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose which can not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. For entrepreneurs, merchants, companies and public institutions, the provisions of the Commercial Code (HGB) apply.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase at any time until the delivery of your orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A reason for the withdrawal is not necessary. If you want to cancel an order, just call +49 731 146620-0 or send an e-mail to a href="mailto:email@example.com">firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and the product. If you have already paid (for example, in advance), you will be refunded the amount paid.
14 days right of revocation
You can cancel the contract within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods. The period begins with receipt of the goods. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient. The revocation must be sent to:

In the case of an effective revocation, the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits surrendered. Parcel shipping goods are to be returned. In the case of a return from a delivery of goods, you have to bear the costs of the return, if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered. Otherwise, we will take over the cost of the return in normal mail or let the goods also happy to pick you up for free. Non-shipping goods are always picked up.
If you can not return the goods in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. In the case of the release of goods, this does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their examination - as would have been possible in a shop, for example. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refraining from anything which impairs their value.
Refunds / Credit Account
In the case of refunds, credit card payments will be credited to the respective account. For billing reasons, no other payment is possible with this payment method.
For all other payment methods, refunds are usually paid by bank transfer.
