Quartzes

Here you can find quartz crystals for thin-film measurement. BeamTec supplies crystals for the most common layer thickness measuring systems such as the 6 MHz, 14mm "double anchor" quartz (for Inficon, Sycon, Sigma Instruments, Maxtek, ...), 5 MHz, 14mm "single anchor" quartz (for Balzers), 5 MHz, 12.5mm quartz (for Ulvac / Sloan instruments) and the new 8mm quartz in 5 or 6 MHz for Colnatec's 24-quartz measuring head Infinity ™. Gold / silver with a chrome adhesive layer or aluminum (“alloy”) is used as the electrode contact material. The crystals are available in 3 quality levels / categories (Standard AT-Cut / Premium AT-Cut / RC ™ -Cut). The patented RC ™ quartz series does not react to thermal radiation like typical AT-Cut quartz crystals, which means that the highest accuracy for quartz measurement can be achieved!
