Shipping and Payment Terms

Packaging and shipping prices vary based on the transport method, payment method, package weight, and destination. They are calculated and displayed in the shopping basket before placing an order online, or they are provided by phone orders and printed separately on the invoice. The shipping method is selected based on the customer's instruction and/or within the limits of the authorized options at our discretion. DSV / UPS is our logistics partner (both standard and express). To calculate shipping charges, input your country and postal code. If BeamTec GmbH initiates or offers partial deliveries; the additional deliveries will be free of charge. Special customer requests for partial deliveries will result in additional shipping costs for each partial delivery.

With each delivery, you will receive a comprehensive invoice, including VAT if applicable. This invoice is also used as proof of purchase in warranty cases and should be stored properly.
