Our technology center includes, among other facilities, a vacuum coating system and a clean room up to class ISO 5 for the development, cleaning, and packaging of ultra-high vacuum products.

By implementing an in-house quality management system, BeamTec GmbH has ensured its ability to meet increasingly complex customer requirements and expectations. BeamTec GmbH has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 since 2014 and according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by EQM ZERT GmbH since 2017.
