Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Returns – Information for Business Customers

As a B2B provider, our products are offered exclusively to business customers—that is, companies, self-employed professionals, freelancers, and public authorities (hereinafter referred to as “Business Customers”). Sales to private consumers (individuals purchasing for personal/domestic use) are not permitted.

No Statutory Right of Cancellation or Withdrawal for Business Customers

Statutory cancellation rights under § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (Right of Withdrawal) and right of withdrawal under § 312d BGB do not apply to business-to-business transactions. Our business relationship is governed solely by the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) and, where applicable, the German Commercial Code (HGB).

Contractual Arrangements

All terms and conditions—including those regarding delivery, payment, warranties, cancellation, defect liability, and returns—are individually negotiated between you as business customer and us as the provider. For your contractual rights and obligations regarding cancellation or the unwinding of a contract, please refer to the respective contract, our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), as well as to any supporting documents such as offers, order confirmations, or invoices.

Please note that orders placed on the basis of our explicit delivery and payment terms do not include any standardized 14-day return policy. If in doubt, please contact our sales department before placing your order to discuss individual arrangements for cancellation or return.

Returns and Refunds

In the exceptional event that a return or contract reversal is required, this will be handled exclusively according to the agreements made between your company and ours. The modalities for returns, credit notes, or refunds will depend on the terms agreed in the contract.
