BeamTec offers measuring heads from McVAC Inc., which specializes in quartz measuring heads for layer thickness measurement and static vacuum feedthroughs. The product range includes measuring heads and feedthroughs for the high vacuum and UHV range with a wide variety of flange configurations.
We also manufacture customer-specific components for you if a product from the extensive delivery program is not suitable for your application. Our quartz monitors have been designed for reliability and ease of use while still providing all of the features required to manually control the deposition process. In addition to layer thickness controllers for quartz measurement technology, BeamTec GmbH also offers combination modules consisting of a transducer and an oscillator. These are installed between the sensor bushing and the higher-level control. The transducer supplies data such as quartz frequency, lifetime, rate and layer thickness to a PC or to a PLC via a serial interface (USB, RS232, RS485 or Ethernet).
